Walking tour: Times Square

Tourists know it as the capital of the city and the place where the ball drops on New Years Eve. Consequently, the area is full of tourists, so few New Yorkers even go near Times Square, unless they are attending a Broadway production. Few tourists or New Yorkers even know why it is named Times Square. You do, because you've heard me talk about my historical research on the New York Times.
