Empowering students, one photo at a time
An empowerment movement has been on the rise for the past few years. From the "Black Lives Matter" movement to the recent Woman's March, people, particularly women and minorities, are working to empower themselves in a society that can be oppressive. BYU's Black Student Union recently had an activity they called “Black is Beautiful” where they did a photoshoot to help members feel empowered. Madeline Phillips reports on that and tells you how you can feel empowered.
