Utah County is snapping with photographers. While there are plenty well established photographers who take pictures full time, but there are just as many, if not more college students who juggle their school work with their photography business. Taylor Laursen was one of those students until she decided she wanted to take a semester off and focus on her photography full-time.

Laursen was studying photography at UVU and started to feel stuck. She didn't feel like she could really focus on growing her business and her brand while taking general classes. After a lot of thought, she decided she would try taking a semester off to see how much she could grow and learn in the real world.
