Infographics—fast and easy


We all know that infographics are a common feature of today's digital news environment. They may also be appropriate to use in your packages. But, you may feel as though you don't have time or know-how to create them in Photoshop.

Here's the good news: There are online tools to help you easily and quickly create infographics. One such tool is Vennage. It doesn't operate too much differently from Wix. Graphic elements are available in a toolbar on the left side and dragged onto your canvas. Finished products can be exported for use in your project.

If you really have a knack for infographics there's a place for you in the profession—there's a demand for journalists versed in the art and science of infographics. If you're interested, you should look into Alberto Cairo's work, including his book The Functional Art.
